Rates

Mediations are booked as either half day or full day conferences. The rate for two party mediations is $210 per party, per hour. The rate for three party mediations is $185 per party, per hour. The rate for mediations with four or more parties is $160 per party, per hour. Time is billed to the nearest quarter hour. There is a three (3) hour minimum charge for half day mediations. There is a five (5) hour minimum charge for full day mediations. Preparation time is included and not charged separately.

Payments

Payment for services may be made by check (payable to “Paul U. Chistolini, PLLC”) or credit card upon receipt of the invoice. Payments are due within 10 days of the mediation invoice.

Lawyers, and not their clients, are responsible for payment.

Cancellation Policy

Half day mediations cancelled within five (5) days of the scheduled conference will incur a one and one half (1.5) hour charge. Full day mediations cancelled within five (5) days of the scheduled conference will incur a three (3) hour charge.
