Mediations are scheduled as either Half-Day or Full-Day sessions. For Half-Day sessions, morning mediations begin at 9:30am EST and afternoon mediations begin at 1:30pm EST. Full-Day mediations begin at 9:30am EST or any other time agreed to by the parties. (Please request alternative start times on the Intake Form.)
Use the Online Scheduling Calendar to determine available dates. Identify a date/time acceptable to all parties and reserve a mediation date/time through the Online Scheduling Calendar.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an Intake Form via email. Complete the Intake Form as instructed and return it to info@PC-ADR.com.
Email a copy of the Notice of Mediation, or the correspondence between the parties agreeing to the mediation, to info@PC-ADR.com.
You will receive our Mediation Engagement Letter prior to the mediation.
Submit any materials you would like for us to review at least 24 hours prior to the mediation.
