Paul U. Chistolini is a seasoned trial attorney and litigator, with more than two decades of experience. In that time, he has tried nearly 100 cases before juries in state and federal courts. His practice has included injury and casualty cases of all types, first party property claims, and business disputes.
He is admitted to practice in Florida, Alabama, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit court mediator.
Paul graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was Chief Judge of the Trial Board and a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow.
Following law school, Paul served as a judicial clerk at the Alabama Supreme Court under Senior Associate Justice Gorman Houston, Jr. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida Southern College.
A native of Dade County, Florida, Paul’s parents were both civil servants – his mother an air traffic controller and his father a police officer.
He is married to the beautiful Lisa Chistolini, and they have three wonderful daughters. They are members of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in St. Petersburg, where Paul serves as Director of the Fall Festival.
